I never leave reviews but it calls for it. Uninviting/rude staff. Came in with my boyfriend and Service Dog and were put on the spot as soon as we walked in and they saw the dog. They hesitated for a moment until they saw his badge. When we we’re walking to the table this lady was exchanging loud words with the coworker that was sitting us; clearly didn’t want us there. Same lady as we sat walked passed us grouching while looking at the dog. When our food came, the same lady sat across us and stared us down while we were eating. The only reason we stayed was because we’re not from here and everything close by was closed. On another note, food was okay.
The Owners have made tons of money here and never do anything to improve the awful looks of the place and the food and attitude sucks !
Very good
Great food. Decent prices for the area. Got a free 2 liter bottle of soda with my order. There was a wide variety of items on the menu as well as my families go to items. I would definitely recommend this place for either dine in or take out if you are in the area.
I ordered takeout barbecue spare ribs and shrimp fried rice. The ribs were all burnt and black and the shrimp had a bad odor to them. I called to complain and they told me to bring the food back and they would give me a new order. I wanted money back. The cashier was nice.
This place is really cheap. I ordered food and took a seat in one of their booths. They served us chips and a bowl of duck sause and got us water. After we started to eat the chips, the lady said that we didnt tell her we were eating in and that we needed to pay for the small handful of chips they brought us if we wanted to stay. We played the extra fee. We were then given our food with no plates. Will never return. Bad service.
Great food a little pricey but worth it
Was pleasantly surprised it was a nice sitdown restaurant. The pupu platter was nostalgic & tasty. Their pork fried rice is amazing. The General Tso was ok but not spicy at all. The sesame noodles were very good, served warm, tasty but had a heavy ginger flavor which I enjoyed though. Was disappointed the drinks were served in cans instead of glasses & they removed the tea cups as soon as we ordered drinks which caused me to not order tea since I usually order it 1/2 way through my meal, that put me off a bit. The bathroom is a very clean 1 person room. Definitely look forward to going again.
Good food! Horrible waitstaff.
Pretty good for Pennsyltuckey. Could use chinese eggplant and string beans, not too much in veggie department.
Best ever, but service not so good past time
Good food quick service
Friendly staff, good food and never a wait.
Pleasantly surprise everything that we order was great. Online ordering was simple and dinner was ready as i walked in the door. Will definitely go back!
Extremely rude staff and uncomfortable environment. I ordered a $17 plate of duck that was burnt to a crisp and when a complaint was informed they said that is the way we cook it and there will be no replacement or refund.
Avoid like the plague. Very rude staff. The buffet up the street has better food and much better staff.
The food is excellent but ambiance lacking
Me and my daughter thought it was great she loved the wonton soup
Portions are fair as well as prices but absolutely no flavor
I have given this place way more chances than I should have and it never gets any better. The general tsaos chicken tastes like it has literally spoiled and all of the other dishes I have tried are just terrible. I'd much rather travel the extra 10 minutes to matamoras than to ever get food here again.
Some food fair, other choices not favored
Always good food and fast service
Food is excellent. Seems very busy for to-go. So that took away from us dinning in , but the owners jumped in to wait on us.
Ordered General Tso Chicken and there was almost no chicken in it, I paid an up charge for all white meat and all I got was fry batter. Literally out of the whole Dinner there might have been 2 chicken nuggets worth the chicken. The all you can eat place attached to a motel on the outskirts of town has higher quality then this garbage. However the best in the Area is in the plaza by the movie theaters in West Falls.
SOS- need ThaiNeed dumplings need good big egg rolls - when Tommy owned it was much better
Rude uninviting staff. Young waitress said "okay what do you want" it just went down hill from there. No one came to check on us or to bring us refills. When our food came we thanked them with nothing but a scornful look in return. We noticed a table of staff talking towards the back of the restaurant obviously gesturing towards us in their conversation. It was very uncomfortable. We were actually relieved to leave. Their food was just okay. We were the ONLY table. We came in two and a half hours before closing. There was zero reason for their behavior. We are overly polite people.
Nasty older staff, overpriced, and meh food.
Excellent food, eat in customer service could be better.
LOVE THE FOOD, LOVE THE TEA AND LOVE THE PEACEFULNESS!ONLY IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: SERVERS NEED TO BETTER SPEAK ENGLISH!
Great menu selection, lunch and combo specials. Moderate pricing. Has a full bar. Nice-sized, pleasant dining room. Fast take-out. Easy to get to location right in the heart of Milford, PA.
I drive from Dingmans to milford to get their food. Never had a problem. Staff friendly. Food good.
TERRIBLE, RUDE service and bland, greasy food. My family and I had the only table on a Saturday night, the staff just hid in the kitchen, and not a single dish was cleared in the hour we was there. Then as an after meal bonus, three of us got all-night DIARRHEA! NEVER GOING BACK!
Food was pretty good and the restaurant was very clean
Bad bad bad..dirty inside yukkkkk
Food was good, egg foo yung and the sweet and sour chicken were good and the pork fried rice was very tasty without any sauce at all. There wasnt much to say about the drinks. Typical soda selections but they are served in a can apposed to a cup. They have quite a selection of liquor though.Where they can improve is to have some music of any kind playing. It was eerily quiet when we sat eating and talking.Servers could use some training in hospitality and courtesy. They make you feel rushed to order or get out. There is no "hey, is everything good, do you need anything else?" No, just put food infront of you n walk away. Also, no "thank you" on our way out the door. Overall, this place is better to order from to eat at home. The food is decent. But dont look for a welcoming restaurant experience.
Good was good and very quiet
Very good food. I got the special.
For several years we have been, doing take out orders at this place, which we travel quite far. However, today we decided to sit in and perhaps the biggest mistake. The place was very dirty, the waitress didn't want to take the order before ordering something to drink. One of the helpers was putting the clean utensils on top of a dirty table dropped a few on the floor looked around picked them up and put them back. The food was horrible, we ordered, a seafood soup, couldn't eat it, it was gelatinous and flavorless, the shrimp in lobster sauce was a big glob of goo thw egg drop soup was eggless. In the end we paid almost $70 of food that couldn't be eaten. The service was bad and the cups smelled greasy, the place smelled and it would certainly be the last time. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give a minus one.
